Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra

Working as an intern with the Philharmonia Baroque Orchestra, undertook this project, a complete redesign of their old website. Their previous site had a very white colour scheme, and appeared to have a certain lack of structure in its design.
I decided to add some colour to my design to give it richness, and complement the warmth of the baroque, period-instrument style for which the orchestra is known. Using darker colours, the design exudes a more dramatic nature, in contrast to the earlier site's white background.
The navigation was redesigned to better categorize pages, adding drop-down menus to simplify the site's user experience. Instruments from the orchestra are set behind the body text of each section, adding a musical element to the richness of the website.
