Frank Wing
Frank Wing is a freelance photographer and graphic designer.
This website was designed entirely by Frank Wing, who created it using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe GoLive, and Bare Bones' BBedit.
I served as his consultant. As such, I advised him on how to modify his code to make sure the elements of the site looked consistent, and aided him in adding elements to the site using the more exact approach of editing the code.
